  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number and a copy of the packing slip or invoice.

2. Non‑Refundable Items
  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products (e‑gifts, digital downloads)

  • Final‑sale or clearance items clearly marked at purchase

  • Personalized or custom‑made products

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Customer‑Paid Returns: Unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong product, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Prepaid Labels: For defective or mis‑shipped items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

5. Processing Your Refund
  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria.

  • Refund Issuance: If approved, we’ll credit your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please:

    • Check your bank or credit card statement.

    • Contact your payment provider—it may take additional processing time.

7. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
