Welcome to ShopAsyn. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of  www.shopasyn.com  (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
To place an order, you may be required to register and maintain an account. You are responsible for keeping your password and account information secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Products & Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, sizes, and colors. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or visuals are error‑free.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance: Receipt of your order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order—for example, due to pricing errors, fraud concerns, or stock shortages.
Pricing: Prices listed on the Site are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping, duties, and other fees may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely; you must provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping Policy (see www.shopasyn.com/shipping) governs delivery times, rates, and procedures.
Risk of loss passes to you upon our shipment—please inspect upon delivery and report any damage or non‑delivery within 5 business days.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags.
Process: Request a return authorization via our Email (Info.asyn1@gmail.com). You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Refunds: Once approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–21 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks—is the property of ShopAsyn or its licensors. You may view and download material solely for personal, non‑commercial use.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Site content is prohibited.

7. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Interfere with Site functionality or security.
Post or transmit harmful, obscene, or infringing content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: Goods are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopAsyn’s total liability arising out of any claim related to the Site or products shall not exceed the purchase price you paid.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ShopAsyn, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts located in Lagos State, Nigeria.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect when changes were made. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
