ShopAsyn (“we,” “our,” or “us”) ships your orders from our fulfillment center to your doorstep with care. Below is our full shipping policy for purchases made on www.shopasyn.com.

1. Order Processing
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Cut‑off Time: Orders placed before 2 PM WAT are usually processed the same day; orders after 2 PM are processed the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another notification when it ships.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
  • Domestic (Nigeria)

    • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International

    • Standard International: 7–21 business days

    • Express International: 3–7 business days

3. Shipping Rates
  • Rate Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level.

  • Free Domestic Shipping: Enjoy free Standard Shipping within Nigeria on orders over ₦400,000.

  • Promotional Offers: From time to time, we may offer sitewide or regional shipping promotions—keep an eye on our homepage or newsletter for details.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing details of how to track your order.

5. Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
  • Import Fees: International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country.

  • Customer Responsibility: Any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

6. Shipping Restrictions
  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We do not ship Express orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses—please provide a physical street address.

  • Prohibited Destinations: Certain regions may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions or regulatory requirements; unavailable destinations will be flagged at checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
  • Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival.

  • Report Issues: If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 5 business days at Info.asyn1@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll work with our carriers to resolve the issue promptly.
